岗位职责：

1. 组织和领导公司驻东莞办事处的采购活动，及日常行政管理
2. 负责供应商的开发、评价、价格谈判及质量管理，制定原材料采购计划和外协生产作业计划，保证公司的生产和供应。
3. 负责公司的物流管理，包括仓库管理、国内运输及进出口业务，优化供应的各物流环节，提高效率，降低成本。
4. 负责外协工厂生产计划的管理，根据销售需求和生产订单，制定生产计划和物料需求计划，跟踪和协调生产过程，避免因物料、产能或产品质量等问题而影响产品交付。
5. 负责本部门的员工考核、发展和培训计划，不断提高员工的工作技能和职业素养。
6. 公司交办的其它工作任务。

岗位员工要求：

1. 曾从事采购物流管理工作五年以上, 3年以上管理经验
2. 熟悉进出口贸易的相关知识，了解相关的经贸法规。熟悉物资采购流程，具备较强的成本意识。
3. 具有较强的人际沟通、组织能力，具备较高的谈判技巧。
4. 能够阅读、理解相关英文资讯，并能用英语交流。
5. 熟悉广东地区的供应体系
6. 熟练使用办公软件

Cape Evolution Ltd is US based company, focusing on developing high end POV recording products. We have Marketing and Sales branch in US, Business and R&D located in Shanghai, Production based in Dongguan. To meet our requirement of fast growing, we are recruiting a strong Supply Chain Manager, who need set up and manage a new office in Dongguan area, mainly works on the consign parts order placement and follow up, production schedule and quality control, Inventory control and logistics, and other issue about the supply chain managment.

Job Description:

- Organize and manage CAPE Evolation Ltd Dongguan procurement office.
- Responsible for supplier development, evaluation and outsource production planning; guarantee corporation’s production and supply. Continually monitor, evaluate and improve supplier performance including the regular use of audit and benchmarking techniques to objectively measure suppliers against a range of targets and objectives.
- Responsible for getting reasonable cost and other business terms, maintenance of purchasing regulations including payment procedure, etc
- Continuously improve efficiency of consign parts operation.
- Responsible for logistics management, including warehouse management, domestic transportation, and import and export business; optimize logistic chains to improve efficiency and reduce cost.
- Responsible for management of consign parts & raw material production planning; make production plan and material requirement planning according to sales demand and production orders; track and coordinate process of production to avoid delay in production delivery due to material, productivity, and quality problems.
- Responsible for employees’ evaluation, development and training programs; improve employees’ workmanship and professional quality.
- Other tasks allocated by the corporation.

Qualification:

1. At least 5 years management experience of purchasing and logistics management, 3 years of people management experience.
2. Familiar with related knowledge of import and export business; understand related economic and trade laws; familiar with procurement process; strong business sense
3. Excellent communication skills and organization ability; good negotiation skills.
4. Ability to read and understand related English information; ability to communicate in English.
5. Familiar with the supply system in Guangdong.
6. Solid working knowledge of Microsoft.
