Requirements for an interview for this position:
1). Bring portfolio of sample work from previous companies/school for interview.
o Should be primarily print based design. (Packaging. Posters. Book design. Signage. Information Displays. PDQ)
o Web/Electronic based design is okay if it is really good. (Websites. User Interface)
2). Bring samples of personal work for interview.
o We want to see what the applicant can do on your own.
3).Good English.
o Written English is important, the packaging they work on is almost always English
o Verbal English is helpful. You need to be able to understand me when we give direction or critique.
4).Pre-screening
o If you have any website showing your work or any samples of your work online, we would like to see it. That will save us time picking who will come in to interview.

A creative designer. Someone that can come with design ideas on your own and has a good attention to detail. You should know current trends and understand "coolness".

SVI自创办以来主要经营万圣节节日的玩具、面具、假发、服饰及装饰物的批发、进出口和售后服务等；2007年公司开始经营OEM生意，经营范围主要有：家具、办公用品、箱包、杂货、体育用品、玩具、电子产品。公司从2017年开始也致力于圣诞节玩具和礼品的经营。
东莞长安办公室现有员工220多人，其中外贸人员占30%左右，大专以上学历人员占80%以上；香港办公室是我们的中转站，美国办公室是我们的设计团队和销售团队，员工有20人左右，他们来自中国、中国香港、中国台湾、美国等国家和地区。

1. 周末双休，5天8小时工作制（上午8：30-12：00，下午13：30-18：00）；
2. 每年年终奖于次年的6月份给予发放，一般情况下为1个月的工资；
3. 每年10月份全公司年度调薪一次；
