职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the RCCP (Rough Cut Capacity Planning) process for all China plants. Reports to the head of supply chain, China.
2. Interpret demand and customer needs, evaluate requirement and estimate possible solutions
3. Coordinate with the plants' production control managers to monitor the performance when execute the plans, highlight risk and escalate if necessary
4. Maintain the MRP (Material Requirements Plan) based on supply/demand assumptions.
5. Control the execution of supply plans and track actual supply chain performance to detect and prevent deviations from the plan.
6. Ensure a functioning and optimized supply chain by controlling inventory levels, sales and production plans through related KPIs. This function owns operations performance reporting and KPIs.
7. Consolidate and align planning input from different functions to ensure consistent and realistic assumptions and understand the impact of changes to the plan.
8. Conduct strategic gap analysis and offer scenario reviews and recommendations to the management team.
9. Assist Sr Supply Chain Manager to facilitate the monthly Supply Review meeting which is part of Ball's strategic planning process.
10. Further develop and improve the planning process. Join and lead process improvement projects. Define KPIs and monitor progress to ensure projects achieve the committed results.
 
 
Requirements:
1. Degree holder in relevant area - Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or Logistics, etc.
2, At least 3 years working experience and at least 1 year working experience in a management role for a manufacturing company, preferably in a Supply Chain or Planning-related function.
3. Understand of MRP&ERP knowledge. Knowledge in building and maintaining supply chain planning models in Excel. Experience in programming or database development a plus.
4. Strong analytical thinking and fact and data driven mindset. Ability to understand complex models and independently develop optimization strategies.
5. Strong communication skills working with people from different backgrounds throughout the organization.
6. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese. Cantonese considered a plus. 举报 分享
