Job description:
- Gluing glass to make high quality glass furniture
粘合玻璃，制作高质量的玻璃家具成品

- Managing small workshop to produce high quality glass products
节省劳动力，制作出高品质的玻璃制品

- Develop and maintain good practices and high standards, of workshopprocesses, maintenance and finished products.
开发和维持高标准的玻璃成品

- Check incoming material to ensure sizes, polishing, scratch free, damage free, quality pieces, etc, are received.
质检玻璃原材料，确保玻璃的尺寸合适，打磨好，没刮痕，没裂缝的玻璃

- Ensure temperature, humidity,& gluing processes are strictly controlled.
严格控制玻璃粘合过程的温度，湿度

-A ability to Make production molds required to enable mass production and
high quality
确保生产的模版符合高品质的大货生产的要求

-Good understanding of high quality packaging
熟悉玻璃家具的包装


Experience:

- Factory Management
工厂管理经验

- Production management
生产管理经验

- Strong understanding of glass processing: cutting, polishing,shaping,tempering, bending
熟悉玻璃工艺流程：开介，打砂、磨边，钢化，弯曲

- Strong understanding of quality and tolerances that are allowed inmaking a good quality glass panel versus a bad quality
严格的质量控制，区分好与坏的玻璃材质

- Strong experience with gluing EDGE to EDGE glass - to make glued glass furniture
熟悉玻璃与玻璃的边缘粘合与组装工艺，制作成品玻璃家具

- At least 5 years, but prefer up to ten years
至少5年以上相关经验，10年以上者优先考虑

- Understands how to read technical drawings
熟悉玻璃家具的工艺结构图纸

- Familiar with quality control processes and best practices for production and
workshop management
熟悉质量控制，有工厂管理和生产管理者优先考虑

- Very strict in management of processes and workers
严格监控玻璃工艺过程

- Familiar with high standards and practices from Taiwanese managed factories or EU/Japanese marker requirements.
有台湾工厂管理经验，并熟悉日本，欧洲标准
