职位描述：

Job Responsibility & Accountability (Key roles, functions & accountabilities)

• Reviews manufacturing process control information submitted by manufacturers and clients to define / convert into process audit requirement / protocol for operations to execute as service.
• Manage communication with client and manufactures in case of any process control information submitted by manufacturer is not meeting expectations.
• Develop and maintain technical documents (Inspection Requirement, Audit Protocol, Field Instruction, Training and Assessment Material etc...).
• Provide capability building support to operations, manage qualification process including delivery of technical training (in-house/on-site training) and assessments.
• Act as Technical Lead for the team to manage communications within internal clients.
• Manage execution of trial runs and drive continuous improvement of service / process
• Delegated job from superiors/manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications (What skills are required for this position)

• Diploma or Graduate in Mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• 3 years working experience in manufacturing - with at least 1 year experience in a particular furniture products. OR at least 5 years of experience as auditor;
• Working knowledge on manufacturing processes for producing wooden / metal furniture products
• Knowledge on process analysis tools including Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) / Control Plan (CP);
• Basic knowledge of Quality Management System;
• Good command of English language skills in written and verbal form. Sound communication and presentation skills;
• Usual command of computer skills, such as Windows, Word, Excel, PDF, etc;
• Honest and reliable, strong sense of work responsibility;
• Willing to travel upon business needs.
