HR Supervisor-Recruitment (人力资源主管-招聘)

Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree in HR Management or equivalent
? At least 3 years experience in multi international company in recruitment and/or training etc.
? Fluent written and spoken English skills required
? Good PC skills (MS Office, Excel, PPT) essential
? Familiar with interview skills and process. With commercial part recruitment experience will be preferable
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills and strong sense of customer service
? Must be a self-motivated, able to work independently and teamwork spirit

Job Description:
? Ensure manpower needs according to the requirement
? Develop and maintain the recruitment channel
? Conduct recruiting process execution exactly: Candidate selection, test, interview, rank, reference check, employ
? Follow up and analyze the "Quality Of Selection"
? Asst to handle with ER issue
? Staff training coordination
? Performs other tasks assigned by immediate superior
