工作范围 The scope of work
- Do the S&R Test of key components like IP,CNSL,Door Trim, Tailgate,Sunroof,etc.
- Do the Degradation S&R test on public road.
- Support NVH components test;
主要工作职责 Major responsibilities
1. Do the S&R component test according to test Procedure, objective and subjective evaluate the vehicle noise and define the solutions together with DRE, supplier.
2. Find S&R issues in Vehicle on road test, define countermeasures with ME, Quality and Dre.
3. Record all the issues and countermeasures during the public road test.
4. Make a Lesson learn list for new product development.
次要工作职责 Minor responsibilities
1. Check and evaluate the CAD design of Full Vehicle.
绩效标准 Performance standards
1. Find all S&R issues in test.
2. Define countermeasures for S&R risks in test.
3. Make sure no S&R issues before SOP.
任职要求 Qualifications
1. 基本要求Basic Qualification
1.1 教育程度 Education: Bachelor or above.
1.2 工作经验 Work Experience:
1. 5+ year experience in OEM or global interior product supplier (Tier 1).
2. Be familiar with the Structure of interior products, especially seat, cockpit (IP & Console).
1.3 英文（书面及口语）English(Written & Oral): Fluent.
1.4 计算机能力 Computer Skills: Catia V5/6, Microsoft toolset (PPT, Excel...)
2. 其他要求 Other Requirement
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, teamwork spirit, proactive, recognize the company values.
- Able to drive vehicle and make subjective evaluation;
