General Description
? Support the HR Manager and officer to provide operational support to business department in all HR C&B related areas
Specific Accountability
? Fulfill HR internal process, ensure all operations are strictly following the policy and relevant documents should be in place within timeline, including
? Assist in all C&B related operations and reporting
? Routine handling of Social Insurance, Attendance System and records,
? Facilitate the annual performance appraisal program, monitor the progress, and ensure 100% staff should complete it on time
? As a communication window, provide the enquiry from the employees regarding HR policy, process and C&B issues
? Perform any special duties / projects as assigned by the management
Skills Required
? Possesses maturity and highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
? Familiar with China Employment Ordinance
Experience and Qualifications
? College degree or above in Human Resources management
? Over 1 year of hands-on human resources experience in dynamic MNC
