SUMMARY OF RESPONSABILITIES
职责概要

1. Audit daily inspector’s reports (pictures and reports protocols) in order to ensure the quality of the pictures and reliable information.
审核验货员发回的报告（包含照片和验货报告），确保信息可信度和照片质量
2. Organize inspector’s pictures.
整理验货员发回的照片
3. Translate inspection report protocols from Chinese to English.
翻译验货报告（中译英）
4. Complete inspection reports and send it to Mexico headquarters office.
完成验货报告并发给墨西哥总部
5. Get in contact with Chinese suppliers in order to clarify doubts or confirm different kind of information.
联系中国供应商解决疑问并确认信息
6. Contact with company inspectors in order to deal with potential questions of the reports.
联系公司验货员处理报告中存在的问题
7. Daily communication with foreigner colleagues by email in order to help them to clarify questions or doubts related with inspection reports.
与国外同事日常邮件沟通，回答他们对报告的疑问
8. Monthly, perform inspector’s evaluation scores according with each member performance.
每月根据验货员的表现进行评分
9. Solve independently problems related with their own work.
独立解决工作中出现的问题
10. Organize daily reports.
整理报告
11. Daily use of company internal systems.
使用公司内部系统
12. Other tasks assign by supervisor or manager.
