职位描述
Role and Responsibility:
To manage and control the financial accounting systems, reporting and analysis, financial business plan, treasury and banking requirements of CSA certification / inspection business in Shanghai in an efficient and effective way, and to support the Corporate M&A activities.
Reporting Consolidated SH results with specific reporting for lines of business, and Global Business Units in appropriate currency
Daily problem solving and escalation of issues to appropriate departments when required
Develop strong working relationship with operating/Asia Financial Manger via reports, direct contact and meeting participation.
Analysis of financial results and business drivers, and comparison of results against budget, prior year and FX adjusted plan as well as any reforecasts
Participation and preparation of monthly results report for discussion at Controller's meeting
Work with other Regions and Corporate resources and finance groups to improve information flow, accuracy and timelines of analysis and forecasting
Develop staff expertise in SAP reporting, Kingdee Accounting Software and other software applications as required
Advise and assist Regional Finance Manager of Asia in the execution of regional goals and objectives
Annual Budget process - P&L, capital, headcounts and metrics
Annual Strategic plan updates
Annual proper accounting records for legal entity and statutory reporting as required
Interim and year end external audit of financial results
Oversee Accounting and Financial systems
Responsible for Corporate Support and Initiatives
Requirements:
University Degree or above in Finance or Accounting with professional qualification
10+ Years Experience , at least 5+ years in Management
Fluent in English, excellent oral and written communication skills, CET-6 or above
Experience in ERP systems development and maximization (especially SAP).
IT skills and working knowledge

Technical capability and experience
Strong analytical skills and reporting capabilities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Open collaborative style
Strong sense of personal ethics and integrity
Capabilities in managing people and developing careers
Can travel Occasionally to other regional offices when needed.
