Job Summary
The MQM team is looking for a 21st century leader to be part of the Operations Analyst group in China. Considered as the renaissance members of MQM, the Operations Analysts thrive everyday in an environment where they engage & adapt to unfamiliar spheres at our manufacturing facilities. From dealing with NPI (New Product Introduction) requirements & stability of the factory ecosystem to ensuring data collection & data integrity, as well as addressing analytical needs; each new project reshapes their responsibilities. This role is modeled to foster innovation, illustrate amazing ideas and feel a sense of empowered management; all while working with individuals who possess a set of unique skills and experience. Description
As an MQM Operations Analyst (M.O.A.), you are presented with an opportunity to be involved in all stages of new product development at the factory. Using your project management skills, you begin by collaborating with cross-functional MQM groups to build an internal product team and ensure system readiness for factory builds. Concurrently, you interface with Engineering & Operations departments by serving and gathering their business needs. Understanding of Shopfloor systems is a huge advantage, as you will find it easier to work with factory teams to enable automatic data exports to Apple systems. Knowledge of manufacturing methods, supported technologies, server applications and end-user platforms is prerequisite to performing UAT and validating data integrity on our systems. You shall evaluate, plan and implement improvements in processes and prepare training materials, i.e., develop user documentation; and coordinate and conduct user-training. It is imperative to proactively adjudge and react to potential problems, and effectively communicate at all levels of management; ensuring that root cause is identified and documented. With a strong sense of customer service, the M.O.A’s collaborate with cross-organization teams to create analytical reports and identify process and product issues. On a daily and weekly basis, you will report status of on-going projects to relevant teams. The M.O.A’s push the pedal-to-the-metal by being highly organized with great attention to detail. These responsibilities are executed by maintaining good relationships with the people that matter - our partners, key stakeholders and the MQM team.
Education & Experience
- Bachelors in Engineering, 3 - 4 years of experience
