Responsiblities:

1.Support the business development strategies/activities in respective trade lanes in accordance with the group business strategy and local business environment to deliver maximum profit and optimize business assets and human resources;

2.Identify and develop potential, sustainable customer relationships;

3.Develop and maintain strong existing customer high level relations;

4.Provide local market specific advice/information to Field Sales Manager to facilitate business performance review & evaluation;

5.Support Field Sales Manager to devise, fine tune and implement overall sales and marketing strategy and directives;

6.Develop a constructive and positive relationship with some suppliers, customers' consultants, other logistics providers;

7.Assist in account receivable issues;

8.Maintain good communication and working relationship with others functions.

Requirements:

1.College or University degree graduate & CET-4 or above level;

2.Flexible, capable of team work and performance under pressure;

3.Good inter-person communication skills and coordination;

4.Products (air & ocean) knowledge;

5.Familiar with local environment and working culture;

6.Minimum 1 ~ 2 years of relevant experience;

7.Experience on market research, strong sense on logistics market in China/ South China.
