KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· In charge of all accounting payable, general administration expense related book-keeping for both CN2WL SHA and CNFF SHA, update in both global and local Accounting system timely, make sure its completeness within the deadline, ensure the reconciliation between two accounting systems;

· Coordinator with Finance Manager to closely monitor the cash flow, prepare weekly payment list;

· Cooperate with cashier to make sure cash / bank amount is the same as the accounting record;

· Manage fixed assets both CN2WL and CNFF, do the fixed assets count of SHA once a year, responsible for the consolidation and coordination of other locations' annual fixed assets count;

· Responsible for CN2WL GSA inter-company transactions with regional office and headquarter, prepare CN2WL GA reports with regional office and headquarter;

· Coordinate with State Administration of Foreign Exchange;

· Prepare kinds of management report;

· Assist monthly closing;

· Abide by the internal policies, implement the internal control;

· Coordinate audit issues;


· Be responsible for the filing of vouchers/documents in good order;

· Back up for cashier;


Competences:

· Bachelor degree or above with major in Accounting;

· More than 3 years working experience;

· Marine & logistics industry experience is advantage;

· Good communication skill;

· Result-oriented;

· Good team-player;

· Strong sense of deadline;

· Can work under pressure;
