Responsibilities:
Manage a ERP Team, including ERP project manager, ERP Application Engineer
In charge the implementation of SAP system
Manage the application maintenance service of either Field Operation or Manufacturing Operation, and ensure good service is delivered and customer satisfaction is maximized
Resolve incidents independently and properly, or review and manage the internal business analysts or external consultants to resolve incidents
On daily basis manage the overall application maintenance service and ensure issues are properly and proactively managed
Support and manage business process owners to achieve and coordinate IT demand for the SAP system
Work as team leader to work across the different modules or work streams, manage the internal & external resources (internal business analysts, key users & external consultants), and ensure support service is well delivered
Manage escalations and customer expectations and ensure quality service is delivered
Training of Process for relevant users
Link between local and central organization
Ensure compliance at all levels of company policies and procedures
Ensure compliance and use of company tools and resources within guidelines
Be proactive to recommend improvement for the SAP team operations
Be responsible for SAP project and maintenance
Assist in the design and implementation of analyses that will identify requirements related to technology
ERP system add-on functions 'development

Requirement:
10+ years’ experience and knowledge in SAP project management, implementation, enhancement & management
Experienced to lead and manage a team
Broad knowledge of SAP cross-functional modules and end to end business processes, with specialization in at least one of the core modules
Experienced in implementation of SAP system is a plus
Experience in supporting countries in Asia Pacific an advantage
Strong communication skills and ability to work well with various people and drive for deliverables.
Result oriented and ability to perform under pressure
