The key accountabilities of ecommerce Traffic and PSO Manager are as follows:
Implement annual traffic planning and full year traffic efficiency optimization across different online retailers’ PC and Mobile APPs
? Support shopper experience manager to work with different sites to generate full year traffic plan and support on the offtake achievement
? Day to day executing the traffic investment across different eRetailers
? Day to day analysing on traffic effectiveness across different sites and categories.
? Drive continuously optimization of the ROI across different traffic sources (search, paid, exchanged, etc.)
? Lead eCommerce annual big events for example JD 6.18, D11 traffic planning and real time optimizing
Drive search result optimization across all online retailers’ PC and Mobile APPs
? Support shopper experience manager and different sites to identify the search optimization strategy, KPIs and plan through deep understanding search key influential factors and improvement opportunities in each sites.
? Day to day on executing search optimization activities and analysing of search improvement result in all key search terms across different sites and define next step improvement plan.
