Key Job Accountabilities
Be responsible for the quality, execution, interpretation and recommendations from assigned skin care sensory panels evaluation to objectively characterize product qualities to translate into consumer perception into product design levers.
? Understand project (objective, target, KPA, integrated evaluation plan), clarify sensory test objectives
? Prioritize test requests and arrange test planning
? Manage implement of sensory panel tests with best practices.
? Analyze test results and prepare reports with insightful conclusion & recommendations
? Synthesize test results and run deep data analysis (e.g., sensory mapping) to build up category knowledge with added value
? Interpret and communicate test results and knowledge
? Reassure current panel/panelists performance with high quality, recruit and train/retrain panellists when necessary.
? Build and analyse results databases, make sure the data quality and updates. Work on global database platform with international teams.
? Set up new panel/protocol in whole process when necessary; ensure smooth implementation & good performance.
? Propose & develop customized protocols, methods and expertise to expand expert panel capabilities meet requirements and anticipate future needs.

? Knowledge of cosmetics industry and consumers quanti research is a plus
Bachelor and +
(Math, Statistics, Bio-analysis; Cosmetics, Food Science, etc
Relevant in sensory evaluation and/or data analysis

Experience of sensory evaluation and/or statistical analysis
Fluent Chinese and English
Fluent in Microsoft office, Statistical and/or sensory software e.g., SPSS, SPAD or FIZZ
