区域营运经理 工作地点：东莞

工作描述

- 负责区域内各分店的日常营运；

- 建立并规范连锁店管理系统；

- 不定期检查公司政策在各分店的推行情况；

- 根据公司发展规划合理配备各分店人手，组建和谐团结的团队；

- 指导下属员工的销售技巧，监督管区内各分店销售目标的完成；

- 负责改善区域内各门店的营运情况，并定期向上级反映报告。

职位要求

- 大专及以上学历；

- 5年及以上快速消费品（食品）门店管理经验；

- 突出的团队建设及领导能力；

- 优秀的团队管理，沟通与协调能力。
