职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Lead, coach & motivate the project team including external and internal to realize project requirements (Schedule, Quality and Cost).
2. Implementation of all PJM related key processes, e.g. IPD, NPI, Change Control, Project Status, etc. and provide input to drive improvement.
3. Formulate overall project plan (including project time line, resources, etc) with the team and other relevant external parties
4. Provide regular, comprehensive, and accurate project status report (with quality, risk, planning etc) to ensure project progress is shared with the top-level owner and all relevant stake holders to facilitate understanding of the progress and the request for prompt support (escalation) when needed.
5. Drive the Quality process to ensure compliance to quality and specification to meet customer's expectation.
6. Weekly conference call with customer, review the schedule, issues and get solutions.
Requirements:
1. Academic / Professional Qualification: Degree in Mech. Engineering or equivalent.
2. Working Experience: At least 8 years experience in product design and development and then shifted to Project Management / Technical Project leadership.
3. Expertise / Skills: Sound Knowledge in tooling and 3D Cad (Pro-E): proficient in Project Management planning.
4. With experience on sheet metal and stamping.
5. Personal Attributes: proactive, team work spirit, open minded with Good communication skill and leadership.
6. Consumer mindset/business oriented with strong leadership skills in order to lead cross-functional and cross cultural team with focus to deliver.
7. Excellent capability in written and verbal English.
