职位描述：
Responsibilities:
? Lead technical development of manufacturing processes for high speed bulk cable
? Collaborate with engineers from the United States on high speed bulk cable development programs
? Prepare and conduct Design For Manufacturability (DFM) reviews for both product and tooling; prepare process FMEAs; identify critical-to-process features and ensure that manufacturing processes are capable of reliably meeting these requirements; understand influence of critical process parameters, and utilize failure analysis and six sigma tools to ensure new processes are launched successfully.
? Ensure manufacturing sites have the proper equipment for manufacturing, testing and quality control to ensure that product is delivered in accordance with all requirements.
? Engage directly with global manufacturing teams to develop processes for new products, conduct design reviews, drive launch activities and solve problems related to new product development.
? Utilize expertise to provide technical solutions to manufacturing problems of both new and existing processes.
? Conduct technical process reviews of manufacturing operations and provide recommendations for improvement.
? Will periodically lead and train production employees on new launch projects within the manufacturing environment.

  
 Qualifications:
? Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering required. Advanced degree preferred.
? Proven process development experience in high speed cable and cable assembly.
? 3-5 years of manufacturing and process / fixture design experience high speed bulk cable manufacturing
? Proficient in machine, tool, and fixture design using 3D CAD (Pro-E preferred).
? Proficient knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, Microsoft Project, & Outlook. Familiar with applications such as Minitab and SAP.
? Working knowledge of six sigma and lean manufacturing tools. Six Sigma Black Belt is a plus.
? Sound project management skills.
? Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities.
? Excellent interpersonal, communication (oral and written English) and presentation skills.
? Must be an organized, self-starter that can work in a fast-paced environment with multiple changing priorities.
? Must be able to work as a team member with remote sites and outside vendors.
? Able to work effectively as part of a team towards a common goal.
