KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Lead the IT direction and strategy for the plant.

-Oversee and manage the IT staff to ensure smooth coverage of the company's IT systems (business applications (SAP, MES, Reporting etc and network infrastructure systems).
-Interact directly with key management and partner organizations including customers and suppliers.
-Develop department and solution roadmaps and KPIs to tie to Corporate Business goals
-Manage cost for IT (capex, planned and actual costs)
-Guide and participate in regional / local projects solutions rollouts to tie to business objectives.
-Constant governance and compliance checking to ensure group internal audit policies are addressed and adhered to.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

-Minimum 10 years relevant experience preferably gained from sizable organization & manufacturing field, and experience in semi conduct or electronic industry a plus;

- IT experience in SAP, MES, CIM is preferred.

-High level of initiative & energy in policy implementation and sound competencies in IT management

-Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
