职位描述：
- Responsible for managing the China market 4 warehouses, in line with EPC company policies. Ensure that standard procedures are properly maintained at warehouses.
- Handle inbound shipment and goods receipt and coordinate with 3PL for all import shipment arrangement, and monitor 3PL performance.(>>>goods receive authority in iScala, to review and monitor whole process from plant to market warehouse.
- Manage the performance of the 3PL W&D service providers to achieve the agreed KPI target, publish KPI report and follow up the corrective action.
- Monior inventory by conducting physical counts; montly reconciling with data storage system. Monitor and report, weekly and monthly inventory closing report,
- Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual W&D budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances against budget; initiating corrective actions.
- Assist in the contract review, vendor performance review and possible RFP process. Search and provide necessary information from local market, support business analysis & decision.
- Monitor and work together with the 3PL WH to ensure they can maintain receiving, warehousing and distribution operations with accurate reporting.
- Monitoring and ensure the 3PL WH can safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing security procedures and protocols.
- Monitor and work together with the 3PL WH to ensure compliance on country compliance requirements and shipment of Dangerous Goods/Hazardous Materials for the market.
- Issue requisition for local packaging materials and control the material inventory.
- Monitor POSM item transaction and inventory level and co-ordinate with Marketing for the clearance of any Slob.
- Prepare and review 3PLs montly statement and make payment application
- Fully support China e-commerce/directly supply KA project
- Support on inventory transfer between RDC, sales return, write-off and defective product disposal.
- Plan, exectucton and monitor the repackage/co-packing activities in market and negotiate the co-pack rate with 3PL and other sub contractors..
- Report product quality issues to suppliers, e.g. SAO
- Assist to implement on suitable best practices related to warehousing, transportation and distribution improvement projects in market.
- Initiate and co-ordinate Cost Improvement Program and track the progress and financial resutls for his or her responsible market. 举报 分享
