1.查收SPEC和材料申请单,分派给对应的采购人员;
2.检查材料订单信息,包括单价,起订量和生产周期。督导采购将详细相关资料填写在SPEC上,协助报价组完成工作;.
3.检查采购单价与数量;
4.协助采购开发材料供应商及建立相关资料;与材料商签订采购合同;
5.协助设计师做好材料搜集工作;
6.协助处理量产所有材料的问题。
7 精通英文的听说读写。.
1.Get SPEC and Material Request Form,then divided to related purchasers;
2.Check the material information,such as price,MOQ and production period. Make sure purchasers put the proper data on the SPEC to make Costing Team fulfil their cost.
3.Correct the price and amount of each purchase order;
4.Help purchasers in finding new material suppliers and getting the supplier knowhow.Sign cotract with reliable suppliers;
5.Cooperate with SD designers to source requested materials/swatches;
6.Assist in dealing with all production material issues.
7 Have a good command of spoken and written English.
