Responsibilities:
1. Product Export Control and Customs officer. Ensure activities comply with company's compliance and Customs laws/regulations.
2. Keep in touch with the Customs and CIQ, obtain the new regulation reform or changing, and propose to management if there is any advantage.
3. Support team members in importation and exportation daily work.
4. Prepare related documents for customs declaration.
5. Coordinate with customs broker and delivery team to ensure the on time general exportation declaration, to reach the company on time delivery target.
6. Coordinate with customs broker, forwarder, sourcing team to ensure the most cost & time efficiency importation declaration. Control the freight, truck and customs broker charges.
7. Make the Purchasing Contract, Selling Contract, Performa Invoice for exp. & imp.
8. Arrange the truck to deliver the cargo to ports for shipping, and monitor the CIQ and customs clearance.


Qualification:
1. At least 1 years or above experiences as a customs specialist, Well-handled experience in I&E activity, customs clearance, trade compliance etc
2. College or above, major in logistics, finance, International Business or equivalent
3. Professional knowledge ERP/K3 system, customs support system computer
4. Customs declaration qualification certificate, Inspection qualification certificate, 5.Good command in English & MS-office.
