职位描述

Position Summary

Responsible for developing a marketing & sales plan for the China market and lead sales teams to achieve the company's sales strategies and goal in China.

Job Description:

  • Work with VP and GM to determine an overall business development strategy and execution plans;
  • To be responsible for an annual sales target for his/her respective, assigned customers;
  • Identify and develop new accounts, negotiate and close deals, coordinate with project management and customer support teams from inception to completion;
  • To continuously develop new market segment that will generate sales revenue and expand market share;
  • Broaden and deepen new client relationship to maximize revenue streams;
  • Response to customers’ inquires, provide input, review and process sales orders;
  • Perform initial client needs analysis, determine the key areas of service that we want to pursue and develop value propositions and pitches for the client;
  • Provide effective communication with customers and internal departments to ensure customer requirements are handled efficiently and accurately;
  • Manage the sales team and cost control within the budget;
  • Manage the dealers well to promote sales column;
  • Deeply understanding of the local industry situation and market dynamics, and grasp the latest sales information, provide the basis for development strategy.

The Successful Candidate

  • Bachelor degree is required;
  • Minimum 8 years sales and/or marketing or distribution with China domestic product sales/marketing experience with a similar industries; 
  • Having an established Sales network of contacts within cooler, heater or air-condition industries is preferred;
  • Able to clearly uncover the prospective company’s individual needs while accurately developing specific solutions for a strong match;
  • Thorough understanding of new business development and key account management;
  • Strong skills in making cold calls;
  • Confident self-starter with a positive attitude, a team player, an innovative problem solver and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, attentive to detail, work well under pressure, outstanding client-facing and presentation skills;
  • Outgoing, enthusiastic with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as time management and relationship management skills; presentation and customer service skills;
  • Fluent in verbal and written Chinese (Mandarin) and English, and comfortable working in a bilingual environment;
  • Computer literate, experienced in creating PowerPoint presentation;
  • Must be available to work overtime when required;
  • Willing to travel extensively.

岗位职责:

  • 协助总监制定销售计划并负责实施,发现问题及时调整,处理各类市场问题;
  • 负责达成销售考核的各项指标,包括利润达成、回款、新客户开发、投诉率等;
  • 与运营部门共同制定项目时间计划,组织协调内部资源,确保项目依照时间表完成;
  • 积极寻求开拓大客户的途径与渠道,努力维护与大客户的关系,定期对客户进行调查走访,了解客户需求,积极为其提供更好的服务;
  • 第一时间掌握客户动态,识别、捕捉、把握商业机会;
  • 销售合同签约、项目运作跟踪及完工收款;
  • 依据预算控制销售各项费用使用,节约成本;
  • 协调并解决有关销售所有外部沟通事宜;
  • 团队管理和建设工作;
  • 协助各地经销商引导和控制市场销售工作的方向和进度, 组织管理经销商完成销售计划, 帮助经销 商建立、完善、补充、培养专业销售团队;
  • 深入了解当地行业情况和市场动态,把握最新销售信息,提供发展战略依据。

任职资格:

  • 本科以上学历;
  • 8年以上同行业销售经验;
  • 在空调、加热器或冷气机行业有销售网络经验者优先;
  • 较强的掌控客户关系能力,计算能力、逻辑思维及应变能力;
  • 较好的人际交往能力和谈判技巧;
  • 较强的电话沟通技巧;
  • 对市场销售情况的判断及对销售信息的准确分析能力;
  • 新市场开发能力及内外部相关销售事宜的协调沟通能力;
  • 责任心强、团队合作精神良好;
  • 有耐心、有激情,服务意识良好;
  • 中英文流利,能适应双语工作环境;
  • 掌握电脑技能,能制作PPT展示;
  • 工作踏实认真,能适应加班出差。
