职位描述：
职位：商务助理/采购助理 (可考虑应届毕业生）
工作地点：深圳市南山区蛇口， 地铁二号线可达
Job Responsibilities
- To collect the payment request from every merchandisers and send it everyday to related customers.
- To input the data in the file and make a summary for each customers.
- To record the file/ scan / rename/ classify the file and classify the paper invoice as well.
- To create invoice and send it to customers. And make record of deduction or credit note.
- To check data information ( if customer name is correctly written, if bank account is the same as the one in the file ) collect payment and bank slip from customers. Send it back to merchandisers. And classify again.

Job Requirement
- 1 year experience or fresh graduate
- Good at English in both speaking and writing
- High sense of job responsibilities
