1) Primary Function
Why does the job exist?
To promote & lead the continued growth & development of new opportunities with established accounts and to support inside/tele sales team to get new customers.
2) Working Relationships:

Reports to Product Group Manager
Works with the certifiers, marketing, tele-sales team

· The achievement can be measured by overall product group revenue increase, specifically,
· Increase of revenue from existing clients
· Number of new clients
4)Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Include all essential job functions
- This section should include the primary day-to-day responsibilities & activities of the position. These should represent the "core" of the job duties.
Promote & lead product group's business development by selling to existing clients with help from PGM and certifiers.
Support inside/tele-sales team to get new customers. Meeting with new potential clients. Visit potential new client when required.
Be account manager for key clients, establishes & maintains account relationships to meet personal sales targets
Manages the relationships with key clients by managing client needs and expectations. Relates necessary information to operations to maintain customer satisfaction.
Prepare proposals, quotation of services to clients
Support PGM to manage delivery of services
Support service delivery, may sometimes need to have to hold job if business need
Be mentor to certifier in training if business need
Perform technical review if business need
5) Work Environment
Describe the working conditions related to the job including physical requirements, equipment used, time constraints, public contact, etc.
Normal office environment
Travel within China and within the assigned territory to maintain positive personnel, and customer relationships, and to attend meetings related to sales activities
Occasionally travel abroad for tradeshows, exhibits and conferences.
6) Preferred Education & Experience
List the minimum amount of education and/or experience required to perform the job. Be specific in terms of the type of experience required.
Bachelor degree in Engineering or related discipline.
CET 6 or above, good at spoken & written English and Chinese
Proficiency in Windows, MS Word and Excel
Minimum 7 years related technical experience, inclusive of 3-5 years of experience in sales / client-facing.
Thorough knowledge of testing & certification procedures.
Thorough knowledge of CSA certification options, programs and services applicable to a variety of equipment
Must be proficient in Excel, Word, and MSN Outlook
Must be willing to travel to maintain positive personnel, and customer relationships, and to attend meetings related to sales activities.
Ability to motivate others and to facilitate positive group morale.
Demonstrate ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing.
Demonstrate ability to develop and maintain positive, constructive and effective working relationships with employees, operational management and a wide range of contacts inside and outside the organization.公司介绍
