TITLE: CRM MANAGER

- Leading Luxury brands in the world

- Shanghai Location

- Carry out CRM Programs in Greater China

COMPANY BACKGROUND:

- Founded in Italy, specializing in the design, manufacture and sales of Luxury Goods in fashion apparel, jewellery, watches and fashion accessories. Now became the industry leader in the 25 countries of the world.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

Customer Data managing
- Select proper agency for the company & carry out CRM Programs in Greater China.
- Responsible for VIP Data Collection to achieve capture rate over 90%.
- Cleansing database by verification process with both mobile and email.
- Enhance the database utilization, analysis/understand consumer behavior and expectation in Greater China Market.
- Maintains database and reward/differentiate/retain VIP in local market.
- Segment customer by demographic/lifestyle/value/opportunity in the market.

CRM planning
- Steer & maintain the performance of the Greater China CRM Programs through defined and agreed KPIs, implement CRM loyalty programs.
- Target and develop different data, requirements on set-up and manage partnership marketing through agency that provides value-added service to existing customer.
- Lead the enhancing personalized communication with target customer in the market by:
a. information & education
b. promotion & incentives
c. utilization by partner relationships on customer sustainment
- Work with agency on creative program by rewarding customer and analyzing customer purchase monthly and yearly.

Performance and feedback
- Consolidate the requirements from Greater China Marketing and Sales, and introduce them into the CRM programs.
- Support sales target via prospect CRM program, to achieve sales target from the Greater China leads.
- Work with agency by providing planning, monitoring and review reports of CRM Program; keep optimizing CRM programs based on review result.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- At least 5 years' relevant experience in CRM, of which at least 2 years in managerial level in Global Retail industries.
- University or above degree
- Excellent in organization, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer oriented, detail-minded, self-reliant, dynamic with ability to make decision, solve problem and manage time effectively.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
