Roles and responsibilities:
1- Customer/Vendor master data maintenance. Work with multiple departments to gather data which is required for Customer/Vendor creation/update, complete daily requests timely.
负责客户和供应商主数据的维护。与跨部门沟通搜集创建或更改客户和供应商主数据所需信息,及时准确地完成日常的主数据申请。
2- Prescriber maintenance. Work with stores/optometrists to create/update provider information in LSS system to ensure data be published to Focus correctly.
负责验光师主数据的维护。在LSS系统中维护验光师信息并确保数据能准确传送到Focus系统。
3- Article master data maintenance. Work with multiple departments to complete daily requests to create/update article master data requested by product/planning departments.
负责产品主数据的维护。完成产品/计划部门提交的申请,创建或更改产品主数据。
4- Discount code and promotional package maintenance.Communicate with procurement department to well understand business promotion requirements, promptly create/update discount code/package in LSS and SAP systems.
负责产品折扣码和促销组合的维护。与采购部门沟通,准确地理解业务的促销需求,及时维护产品折扣和促销信息。
5- Store master data maintenance.According to business requirement,create new store, relocate or close stores.
负责门店主数据的维护。根据业务需要,及时创建、维护或关闭门店。
6- Other task assigned by the line manager.
上级分派的其他任务。

Experience:

- 3 years working experience in master data maintenance and process control, ideally in a shared service environment.
- General understanding of retail industry and the flow of master data processing is critical.
- Detailed and oriented,ensure a high accuracy of data maintenance.
- Be capable of working independently with a strong work responsibility.
- Be able to work at a fast pace and don't get flustered when under pressure.
- Be active and demonstrate effective personal skills, a good team player is critical.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill,can well communicate with cross functions.
Knowledge and skills:

- Be familiar with master data maintenance in ERP system, have a clear sense of master data structure.
- Fast learner and willing to learn.
- Be able to solve master data related issue methodically and logically.
- Always be customer focused,be active to fulfill internal customer requirements.
- Strong knowledge of office applications (MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
Education:

- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Fluent oral and written English with CET-6 or above is required.
