MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Asst to handle export shipping operation
2. Asst to prepare shipping documents
3. Achieve satisfactory on-time and complete service
4. Asst to monitor shipping agents and forwarders' performance and solve daily shipment issues
5. Asst to work on operation improvement projects
6. Asst to monitor warehousing performance in 3rd. party warehouse,
7. Contact foreign customers about shipping status and answer queries
EDUCATION & / OR EXPERIENCE :
1. Bachelor holder of above;
2. Fluency spoken & written in both of English, Mandarin & Cantonese.
3. Relevant experience is preferred.
4. Strong negotiation, good presentation & communication skill are necessary
5. Skillful Excel, word, Power point as well as SAP or ERP.
6. Can work under heavy working pressure
