Work as receptionist of IOF
1.Ensure the Security of the office
2.Manage daily Housekeeping
3.Provide Admin service for meetings and staff activities
4.In charge of daily correspondence of the company
5.Daily maintenance of the office
Qualification:
0 ~ 2 years working experience in Administration or Human Resources or jointly
Can communicate with foreigners in English (no education required, high school is accepted if she / he can communicate with foreigners)
Good service-mind
Detail oriented
Able to work under pressure
Warm-hearted and willing to help
