Main Purpose
？ To ensure the smooth and cost-efficient flow of our production operations
Key Responsibilities
？ Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products
？ Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
？ Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget
？ Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption
？ Prepare and submit status and performance reports
？ Keep paperwork organized
？ QC - on the direction of Quality Co-ordinator (China)
？ Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
Key Performance requirements
？ Ability to work on own initiative, and within a cross-functional team
？ Proven experience as production planner
？ Excellent knowledge of production planning and manufacturing processes
？ Working knowledge of MS Office systems
？ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
？ Strong Verbal and Written Communication and Presentation Skills (including English)
？ Multitasking Skills
？ Ability to Organize and Coordinate at a Global Level
？ Willing to travel to other manufacturing locations and Shenzhen office as and when required 举报 分享
