Job title: Quality Manager
Industry: Automotive

Responsibilities:
1. Lead the Quality Department and its staff to ensure the quality standard of company's products
2. Responsible for improving the quality of all final products, resolving all quality problems, and settling all complaints from customers
3. Maintain ISO9000/TS16949 quality systems and customer specific requirements
4. Responsible for ensuring all quality documents and working instructions are being closely followed
5. Organize the internal audit and external audit to ensure all the activities are well implemented
6. Work out quality standards and inspection procedures
7. Work actively at customer site and quality workshops
8. Provide quality report for project and top management
9. Conduct supplier audits


Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree or above
2. Extensive working experience in quality assurance, preferably in automotive industry
3. Excellent knowledge of quality system such as ISO9000/TS16949
4. Familiar with the quality tools such as APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, 8D, DOE, etc.
5. Possess problem solving skills, with logical and analytical thinking
6. Able to communicate effectively in both written and oral English
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good presentation skills.
