Quality Controller （品管验货员）
Stationed in Guangdong Area （平时工作地点：广东地区验货城市；每个月1-2次来上海公司汇报工作）
Reports to Director of Axstores Far East/Office manager AFE Shanghai （业务汇报：上海办事处QC经理及总经理）

In 380 stores in Sweden, the Axstores group’s 5,500 employees meet more than 300,000 customers every day.
The Axstores Far East Limited is the representative office in Shanghai, China. It represents Axstores AB to do purchasing from manufacturers in China. The main business is Home Products; Fashion Apparel, Fashion Accessories, Cosmetic etc for Axstores AB.
Axstores became members of BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative) in 2010 and has since then resumed its social compliance procedures and operations. Axstores Far East Shanghai has a quality control team to perform quality inspections at Axstores’ suppliers to ensure product safety and quality.

Responsibilities （工作职责）

· Responsible for quality control for Axstores Far East Shanghai
· Coordinate and find synergies between quality control and compliance working procedures
· Work closely with the merchandising teams in Axstores Far East in terms of quality control and compliance
· Make weekly planning and resource allocation
· Conduct quality controls and compliance audits
· Work with supplier improvements and other sustainability projects
· Increase the awareness and knowledge about compliance at Axstores Far East

Requirements （职务要求）

· Colleage of above degree
· Experience from quality control at least 5 years; Familar with written QC report, AQL and Product Quality Specification
- Support build quality assurance system and train factories about quality control when spot visit
- Work with merchandiser to forecast product quality risk
- Give priority to the candidates with strong experience on home hardgoods (Metal, Stainless Steel products; Lighting facility; Furniture, Toy and Fashion Bags as well)
- Analytical and cost conscious
· Team Spirit
· Good written and spoken English; · Good communication skills
