职位描述：
Position: Accountant

Responsibilities:
1. Generate financial report at month end.
2. Expense voucher checking and approve all related supporting documents.
3. Responsible for all tax affairs.
4. To check and verify purchasing invoices.
5. Preparing budgeting forecast.
6. Assist in preparing various reports for management review.
7. To handle renewal of business registration with the Authority.
8. To successfully accomplish assigned tasks and other ad-hoc projects requested by your superior.

Requirements:
1. Degree holder of Accounting discipline or equivalent.
2. Over 3 years of work experience as Assistant Accountant in financial statement and reporting analysis.
3. Familiar with the national standards related to financial management.
4. Possess strong communication skills, good team player, self-motivated, desire to excel, willingness to learn and adapt, accountable and high sense of responsibility.
5. English 4th grade level or above. Excellent written English skills and good comprehension in English.
6. Proficiency in MS office application such as Word and Excel. Familiar with the accounting software K3.
7. Qualified Accountant (Holder of Assistant Accountant professional is preferred)
8. Ability to prepare bookkeeping in English. (Those who do not comply will not be considered)

1、 负责公司全盘账务处理，月底财务报表的编制；
2、 负责费用的核算，审核相关费用单据；
3、 负责核算、编制，申报纳税等税务事项；
4、 负责核对采购发票；
5、 负责资金预算；
6、 负责协助完成公司需要的相关管理报表；
7、 负责证照年检和配合政府部门的工作，提供所需报表和资料；
8、 完成由上级分派的其他任务；


任职要求：
1、 财务、会计等相关专业，大专以上学历；
2、 具有三年以上会计助理岗位工作经验，具备财务分析、报表分析能力；
3、 熟悉国家财务管理相关规范与标准；
4、 良好的团队精神、自我管理、学习能力、责任心强，有良好的沟通能力；
5、 英语四级以上，能熟练读写；
6、 熟悉Word、Excel等办公软件，熟练使用金碟K3财务软件；
7、 具有会计从业资格证（持助理会计师资格证优先）。
