DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Description
1.15年以上注塑模具现场制作工作经验和车间管理经验
2. 沟通能力强，有较强的团队合作精神意识
3. 具有创新意识和创新思维
4. 熟悉办公软件、绘图软件，有一定英语基础
5. 工作积极、主动，服从领导安排
6. 熟悉注塑模具装配过程，能独立设计和完成模具装配
7. 熟练运用机械设计及制造的相关知识，进行与产品相关的设计工作；
8. 主导新产品试制、交样；追踪模具、工装、治具的开发和整改进度；
9. 处理和解决产品出现的技术问题，在生产中改进生产工艺、装配工艺并确保生产模具工作的正常进行；
10. 熟悉车床、铣床、磨床、CNC、电火花及模具相关机械加工工艺及操作
11 .跟踪模具加工进度，模具组装配模，参加模具试模工作
12. 熟练使用三维设计软件（SolidWorks，CATIA）；
13. 编辑产品的各种技术文件，对设计缺陷产生的质量问题做出改善方案；工程变更的评估、确定、实施及验证。
14. 现场5s的维护机械设备的保养
