职位描述：
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Development and implementation of operational excellence strategies across CPS China according to business guidance
2. Align strategic planning across all CPS China operating SBU, Site Lab, divisional objectives
3. Work with operation excellence team and department staff, coordinate Lean implementation by using Lean Systems as the principal tool across CPS China operations and business
4. Provide necessary support to operational departments to ensure superior customer satisfaction by focusing on cost, quality, and safety
5. Facilitate and report on operational excellence projects and initiatives
6. Coordinate with QHSE, develop and implement divisional QHSE policies and processes with all applicable legal requirements, BV Group HSE Policies and procedures, client’s HSE procedures and practices
7. Assist development and on-going administration of the Operational Excellence information systems
8. Projects requested by business desired


Required Education & Experience:
1. Bachelor degree or above, MBA is a plus
2. Experience in operation position with MNC is preferred
3. Capacity to perform at a high level in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
4. Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work with senior leaders
5. High energy and self confidence
6. Good PC skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
7. Good communication skills (written and verbal)
8. Fluent in English - oral and written communication skills 举报 分享
