职位描述：
-Advises members of business on legal and related risks associated with DPDHL's operations in area of responsibility.
-Involved in providing a comprehensive "one stop shop" for subject matter legal expertise to one or more DPDHL business units in area of responsibility.
-Review legal analyses and technical reports. Make recommendations to senior management on how to respond to legal issues or proposed changes in laws and regulations.
-Review and approve legal contracts, letters of agreement, and other documents related to a variety of trade, commercial, financial, and operational matters (e.g., leases, purchase agreements, customer contracts) and responsible for assuring organization's legal interests are best represented and protected in customer, vendor and third party contracts; active participant in negotiating such contracts in area of responsibility.
-Advises business on legal trends and developing areas of law.
-Works with supervisor to manage all aspects of internal and external legal spend in area of responsibility.
-Responsible for defending the organization's legal interests in litigation and claims in area of responsibility.

-Ability to apply legal knowledge and expertise in business environment
-Self-starter and contributor to the success of organization's business
-Strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills
-4-5 years of legal practice either within commercial law firm or in house legal department
-University law degree
