Job description
Responsibilities
- Business Requirement Analysis for Energy&Utility clients. Define the scope and features for the key solution for clients, including both functional and non functional requirements.
- Analyze the IBM Global solutions and customer references to figure out the fits and gaps for local customers. Adjust the solution to fit into the local market.
- Actively promote solution/asset to local customers, prepare proposal for local customers in response of RFI, RFP and RFQ.
- Engage into customer project design and delivery work, including customer requirement analysis, SOW review, project planning and estimation, architectural design...etc.

Required Skills
- Familiar with IBM Products such as Maximo/FileNet, iLog/Cognos, or WAS/MB
- Experience in architectural work, with good knowledge on SOA and RTDB. Architectural design methodology as a plus
- Industry knowhow about the E&U industry, with understanding E&U industry international standards.
- Solid J2EE background as a must, experience on IBM development tool like RSA, IDA or RAD as a plus. 3+ year experience in IT system design and delivery preferred.
- Good communication skills and team player. Pre-Sales Support Experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal English

Optional Skills (requires 2-3 of below 6 skill categories):
1) EAM/Maximo
- Asset management understanding (any EAM SW knowledge will be advantage)
- EAM/ERP implementation experience - minimum 2 projects
- Experience on IBM Maximo development and deployment. Knowledge on IBM Maximo in nuclear area is a plus.
2) Message Broker
- Experience with IBM Websphere Integrator Message Broker tool kit
- Experience in designing and developing maps, message flows and configure/develop adaptors
- Broad knowledge on enterprise integration middleware such as IBM WebSphere MQ/Message broker, WebSphere ESB/process server etc
- Solid knowledge and skills on SOA styled Customer Application Development, including Web Services (XML, SOAP, WSDL, UDDI, BEPL, SCA/SDO...), ESB and MQ... etc.
3) BAO
- Basic knowledge in mathematics, statistics, operations research, engineering, economics or finance
- At least 2 years experience in analytic skills, yet be a strategic thinker who can see the big picture, while managing the details
- At least 2 years experience in solving client's analytics problems and effectively communicating results and methodologies
- Good experience with IBM products, such as SPSS, ILOG, Cognos, FileNet, DataStage
4) SAP
- With 2 years SAP Consultant experience, in either categories like FICO, MM, CRM, PM, IS-U or CR+B
5) BPM
- At least 2 years experience in implementing and integrating BPM solutions for customers, based on IBM's products (like IBM Business Process Manager 7.5, Filenet, ...)
- At least 2 years experience in Business Process Engineering
- At least 2 years experience in IBM's BPM 7.5
6) .Net
- Required 3+ years .NET application design and development experience
- Experience in Sharepoint Design/Development and Silverlight is preferable
