The company
This is an American Public company, acting as the worldwide leader, with 40 years history. This is a timely opportunity to enter this organization prior to commencement on one of its key projects.
The role
The project estimator is responsible for establishing the capital budget during concept phase and monitoring the design for adherence to the budget throughout the remaining project life cycle. Duties include conceptual and detailed estimating, design review, bid packaging, bid review and award, progress billing approval, cost accounting and change order administration
Requirements
· degree in Construction Management/Engineering, Architecture or Engineering
· 4-7 Years estimating, cost control, and/or engineering experience (at least 2 years estimating experience) in similar facility or ride construction strongly desired
· Advanced knowledge of estimating techniques and cost controls
· Able to interpret computerized cost data and systems essential
· Demonstrated decision-making and relationship building ability.
