Job Title: Senior Clinical Scientist for Oncology-Global Pharmaceutical Firm
Salary: Negotiable
Location: Shanghai

Company Profile:
Our client's mission is to build a bio-pharmaceutical dominant global enterprise which pay attention to product exploration, development and commercialization for the treatment of cancer as well as immune inflammation. They always put the patients in the first place to provide information, support and innovative therapy.
The Roles:
l Drafting clinical development plan with the support from clinical project team.
l Assessing the global study feasibility, designing and writing local or regional clinical study protocols.
l Assuring protocols will adhere to standard clinical practices and developing the case report form with data management team.
l Working with operation team to resolve the issues during the study conduction, monitoring patients' safety in the ongoing clinical studies.
l Securing the conditions essential for safety, efficacy and medical usefulness of a drug.
l Working closely with biostatistics and deciding how the resulting data should be analyzed.
l Preparing of abstracts, posting and publications.
l Drafting clinical study report, New Drug Application and response to regulatory enquiries.
What you will need?
l At least Bachelor degree with specialty training in cancer treatment, he/she should have solid medical knowledge in this therapeutic area.
l At least 2-3 years clinical research experience in pharmaceutical industry or academic institute specifically in the Oncology therapeutic area (focus on study design).
l Excellent communication and influence skill with different stakeholders (Chinese and English).
l Establishing relationship with Key Opinion Leaders & Investigators, especially for renal and metabolic diseases.
l Excellent ability of innovation, independent leading and strategic thinking (case demonstration).
