JOB FUNCTION – REQUIREMENTS - SUCCESS FACTORS

1. Comply with plant’s EHS, quality and other policies.

2. Prepare and monitor the work plan of electrical and instrument maintenance work, including preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and plant shut down maintenance and overhaul. Minimize opportunity of equipment shut down.
制定和监督电气和仪表相关的维修计划工作的按时开展和完成，包括预防性维护、预测性维护、停车检修和大修等。防止停机事故的发生。
3. Ensure system and operation safety.
保证系统和操作安全。
4. Quick response to instrument and electric equipment failure, improve efficiency of the system.
及时排除仪表电气设备方面的故障，改善系统效率。
5. Implement best Operational Practices.

6. Prepare SOP of electrical and instrument maintenance work and arrange training to technician.
参与制定电气仪表维修相关的SOP并安排培训。
7. Provide technical guidance to maintenance people and supervise maintenance quality.
为维修人员提供技术指导，控制维修质量。
8. Assist to prepare preventive maintenance plan and equipment operation file.
协助制定设备预防性维修计划，建立设备运行档案。
9. Spare parts management, control maintenance expenses.
负责相关零备件管理，控制维修费用。
10. Inspect and make sure safe operation of the equipment.
检查落实设备的安全运行。
11. Organize investigation for failure of critical electrical and instrument equipment’s and prepare RCA report.
组织进行电气仪表关键设备故障的调查分析，做根本原因分析报告。
12. Development of the skills of technicians and personnel of other departments, get all necessary certificates.
培训员工并取得相关上岗证书， 并为其他部门提供相关培训。
13. Filing of drawings, test reports and other maintenance related reports.
图纸，测试报告和其他维修相关文件的存档。
14. Offer electric technical support to MOC and projects.
为变更管理和项目提供电气技术支持。
15. Arrange and monitor the planned maintenance work on the schedule, including preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and plant shut down maintenance and overhaul.
安排和监督维修计划工作的按时开展和完成，包括预防性维护、预测性维护、停车检修和大修等。
16. Ensure the electrical maintenance records are well managed by technician and assist to collect and analyze the records.
保证维修人员执行好电气相关的维修记录，协助收集和分析维修记录。
17. Keep close contact with relative government department to learn rules and regulations so as to ensure the legitimacy of power operation.
与政府有关主管部门密切联系，了解政府的有关法规，保证工厂动力运行的合法性。
18. Prepare plant’s electrical power usage regulation and supervise the implementation. Check the contractors’ electrical tools and ensure they comply with safety requirements. Manage the contractors’ electrical power using on site.
制定工厂用电规范，监督用电规范的执行。检查承包商用电工具，确保其符合安全规定。对承包商在现场的用电进行管理。

要求Requirements:
1. University degree or above, and relative electrical, instrument or automation education and training background.
大学以上学历，相应的电气仪表或自动化教育和培训背景。
2. Minimum five years’ experience of electrical-instrument job. PLC maintenance experience will be preferred.
至少五年电气仪表工作经历。有PLC维护经验者尤佳。
3. Necessary professional English skills (reading & understanding drawing & manuals in English).
必要的专业英语知识（能够读懂英文图纸和说明书）。
4. Good team work spirit and able to work under pressure. Self-motivated and positive attitude and high degree of self-confidence.
