The Roles:

l To charge of planning, developing, executing, analyzing, and summarizing research directed towards Global business needs.

l To operate with teams involved in basic and applied clinical research and to interact and to even lead the discussion with multi-function and other technology groups within the Global business.

l To collaborate with external subject matter experts such as dermatologists or research agencies to deliver the clinical test results and intellectual property.

l To present its results and findings to internal/external matter experts including scientific congresses on requirements.

l To play a huge role in developing new models and new ways to communicate clinical results to be added value to the organization with a strategic mindset.

What you will need?

l Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering or Science with a minimum of 5 years of industrial R&D experience in consumer health care is required.

l Comprehensive understanding of clinical science and statistics is required with the experience of running clinical studies under good clinical practice.

l Strong track record of accomplishments demonstrated innovative thinking and the ability to learn and handle multiple long term projects simultaneously

l Experience in PR communication, establishing network and connection with external matter experts is highly preferred.

l Knowledge and experience in consumer concept, claims support and demonstration development is preferred.

l Good verbal and written communication skill in English and computer literacy is required.
