职位描述：
岗位要求：
1、从事模具设计工作5年以上工作经验，最好是注塑模或五金模；
2、大专及以上学历，模具设计专业毕业；
3、掌握至少一种三维软件（UG\Catia)、一种CAD软件、Pro-e(注塑模具使用的多)等。
4、懂模具结构，头脑要有懂得机械设计方面的知识、懂得力学以及材料学。
5、懂得模流分析，对调机方面有一定的了解，在试模时可发现问题进行更正。
6、对产品结构开发前期可以提供一定的支持，提出模具方面的建议。
7、对模具开发过程有计划性，做到时间安排合理。
8、对现场加工有经验，可以对钳工进行技术方面的指导。
9、对CNC、电火花、线切割等加工有了解，可以清楚自己设计出的结构是否可以加工出来。
10、对模具的结构、材料等有一定的综合估算能力，设计时要考虑到保证强度的同时尽量控制模具成本。
