职位描述：
表面处理研发工程师

  工作职责：
   为NCD部门提供技术支持，包括但不限于：
？ 聚合物涂层
- 涂料制作（样品制作，涂料生产，颜料研磨，配色等）
- 实验室试验和生产样品的涂层测试和演化。
- 准备油漆配方和测试的技术报告和文件。
- 为喷涂工厂提供技术支持，解决现场生产问题。
- 确保工作区域的安全。

？ 喷涂。
- 在喷涂样品时提供帮助。
- 在需要时直接或间接参与产品的喷涂生产。
- 研发新的喷涂技术，以减少损失并提高产量。

？ PVD涂层
- 可操作PVD机或进行PVD涂层上配色。
- 对金属制品进行清洗及预处理。

   任职要求：
   - 本科学历，化学或相关科学学位。
   - 在油漆/涂料行业有1-2年的经验。
   - 具有1年以上PVD涂层的经验。
   - 颜色匹配和喷涂的知识。
   - 具PVD（加压真空沉积）涂层的知识/经验优先考虑。
   - 良好的沟通能力（会中英文，英文口语和写作良好者优先考虑）。
   - 能够适应多任务处理的工作和具有良好的团队合作精神。
   其他信息：
          - 工作地点：佛山或广东省其他地点
          - 工作时间：每周5天，8小时/天

Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to NCD department which includes but not limited to
？ Polymer coating
- Coating making (sample making, production, pigment grinding, color matching and other related activities)
- Coating testing and evolution of lab and production samples.
- Preparation of technical reports and documentation of paint formulation and testing.
- Provide technical support to various spray factories to solve onsite production problems.
- Ensure safety of work area.

？ Coating Spraying.
- Provide assistance in spraying coating samples
- Directly or indirectly involved in spraying production of products whenever needed.
- Develop new spraying techniques to reduce loss and increase productivity.

？ PVD Coating
- Can operate PVD machine or match color on PVD coating.
- Various kinds of cleaning techniques/ pretreatment process for metal products

Requirements:
- Degree in chemistry or related science
- Has 1-2 years of experience in paint/ coating industries
- Has >1 year experience with PVD coatings
- Knowledge of color matching and spraying
- Knowledge/ experience of PVD (Pressurized Vacuum Deposition) coating will be added advantage
- Strong communication skills (Chinese and English, spoken and written will be advantage)
- Able to multitask and good team player.

- Working location: Foshan / other location in Guangdong, china
- Job position – permanent
- Working hours: 5 days a week, 8 hours/day
