1. 协助办公室经理管理验货员团队。指导验货员工作，开展团队建设，不断提升团队效率和服务质量；

2. 协助办公室经理安排验货员每天出差工作；
3. 制定报价指引，审核验货报价；
4. 评估客户提供的检验技术文件。根据客户和产品要求，制定产品的检验规范，有效执行客户指定的检验要求；
5. 对客户投诉进行调查，作出改善措施，维护长期稳定的客户关系；
6. 协助办公室经理分析数据，制定并实施专项改善方案；
7. 对客服人员提供相关技术上的支持；
8. 审核验货报告，解答客户检验前和检验后的咨询。
职位要求；
1. 大专或以上学历、三年以上相关工作经验；
2. 熟悉EN60335、EN60598等安规标准，有灯饰或小家电工厂生产管理、质量控制或实验室测试经验优先考虑；
3. 有验货或验货员管理经验优先考虑；
4. 英语四级或以上，能用英文通过E-mail与客人进行良好的沟通；
5. 快速学习能力，良好的沟通协调能力、团队协作精神；
6. 工作积极主动，能承受一定的工作压力。
