Job Duties (Tasks, Responsibilities, etc.):
1. Develop and maintain China service dealer network
2. Be responsible for provide technical and product training for dealers and OEMs in China as well as internal staffs
3. Handle Warranty Claims for engines and follow up the process and feedback
4. Work with B&S plant quality teams to solve Quality Complaints from OEMs in China
5. Work closely with dealer/ OEM engine Sales Representatives to deal with technical issues from customers to help on improving sale volumes accordingly
6. Other assignments dominated by immediate supervisor
Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements:
1. Strong Mechanical and/ or Electrical engineering knowledge
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills
3. Result driven/ goal oriented with customer focus and sense of urgency
4. Ambitious and independent work capability
5. Frequent travel (50% as a Min.) is required
6. Good English skills (Oral & Written)
Education Requirements (Degree and/or additional relevant training):
1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical or Construction Engineering related field.
Experience (Years of related experience):
1 Minimum 3-5 years’ experience on technical service or training.
2 A plus for working in a cross function environment and/ or in a global culture.
