DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Requirements

1. Experience in any or all of the following domains:

  * Freight cost for air/ocean/local

  * Freight Forwarding & Transportation

  * EXIM Operations/ INCOTERMS

  * Custom Clearance

2. Knowledge of ERP (Preferably BAAN)

3. Experience in BPO / Manufacturing industry preferably in electronics

4. Knowledge of MS Office and Outlook

5. Exposure to voice process will be highly preferred

6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills MANDATORY.

7. Good analytical skills.



Job Description:岗位职责：

1. Manage and maintain the transportation analysis and decision support
systems

2. Maintain site metrics on monthly basis

3. Maintain Global Transportation Rates with suppliers

4. Audit of freight bills and invoices

5. Coordinate with Internal Business Partner (Site) and Vendor
(Logistics Service Providers) for Logistics

6. Prepare & Maintain the Standard Operating Procedures

准备和维护标准操作流程

7. Audit freight bills and review with Finance for timely payment to
Vendors

审核货运单据，催促财务部门及时付款

8. Prepare and Maintain Logistics Inbound/ Outbound related Reports

准备和维护进出口相关报告
