Main Responsibilities:
-Lead the team to set and implement the sourcing and supplier management strategy and plan, covering all direct and indirect material sourcing and purchasing
-Constantly improve supplier performance to create capability for long term development
-Participate cross function and cross regional meetings; identify synergy opportunities and implementation plan.
-Effectively manage suppliers for sustaining cost reductions and cost avoidance.
-Team management and other tasks buy top management team
Main Requirements:
-Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, MBA is a plus
-At least 15 years experience on sourcing in big volume manufacturing environment in multi-national company and 5 years in Sr. managerial level
-Strong leadership, able to drive and challenge, strong problem solving skills
-Excellence in communication
-Excellent negotiation skills
-Excellence in both oral and written English
