Job Description

Software Node.js Engineer to work on Core Technology. It mainly consist of 2 product called Core-platform and ChatOps.
The Core Platform is a thriving product of HPE. It is an automated, enterprise-ready, container orchestration platform. Based on the latest Kubernetes and Docker technology, the Core Platform provides a complete solution for the container-based distribution and deployment, including network, security, storage, load balancing, resources, all kinds of infrastructure and the enterprise-scale life cycle management.
You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that designs, implements, test and validates software that assists major corporations in the management of their IT businesses using Agile development practices and utilizing a wide range of skills and experience in a variety of disciplines to help produce and implement HP’s Executive.

Responsibilities
? Responsible for node.js backend application development
? Write reusable, testable, and efficient code
? Design and implement low latency, high availability and high performance applications
? Continuous attention to new technologies, and choose the technology for our products

Required
? Familiar with JavaScript / CoffeeScript;
? Skilled use of Node.js, have rich experience on the internal libraries , such as stream , events, etc.;
? Familiar with Node.js framework knowledge, such as Express, loadash, Bluebird, etc.;
? Understanding of Node.JS asynchronous non-blocking programming model, such as koa, co, async, etc.;
? Familiar with V8 performance and stability optimization, can assess the overall performance of the system to solve the memory bottleneck;
? Proficiency in the use of at least one database, such as Mysql, Redis, MongoDB, etc.;
? Have a basic understanding of the front-end technology, such as HTML5 / CSS3 / ES5 / ES6;
? Familiar with Web security knowledge, and can use related technologies to prevent security vulnerabilities;
? Understand the mechanisms of user authentication and authorization between different servers and application environments;
? Understand the design mechanisms behind an extensible application;
? Familiar with code aids, such as Git, Gulp, Sublime, etc.;
? Concerned about the industry dynamics, with contributions to open source community is preferred;
