职位描述
Job Responsibility & Accountability (Key roles, functions & accountabilities)
Program Start Up and Management:
To support outreach for strategic and big new clients (Service Introduction, Proposal, Risk Assessment, tender support…etc.)
To engage top management on business strategy and crisis handling
To lead, manage and be responsible for program start up of assigned clients.
To ensure program changes are channeled and communicated to the right execution parties who will understand and implement the changes for quality outcome.
To identify risks and assumptions in plans, anticipate problems and plan for contingencies with internal parties.
To investigate, share and adopt best practice learned within and outside IAC organization.
To monitor Key Performance Indicator on Programs
To be good example on program management

Customer Satisfaction:
To develop and communicate a clear understanding of the customer’s business, key initiatives and expectations (KPIs, communication model & channels)
To facilitate multiple business connections and technical relationships between IAAS and the customer regionally and globally.
To conduct program re-engineering by involving internal operations and technical departments, so as to timely detect any potential obstacle to program development.
To set up and drive meetings with assigned customers to review IAC performance, talk about developments and challenges in client’s business.
To constantly look for and suggest systematical optimization that makes it easy for customers to do business with IAAS.
To validate IMPs by working together with Assistant Supervisors/PSD Officers
Business Expansion
Be able to drive meetings by presenting the introduction of BVCPS, the introduction of programs/proposals which are developed for the assigned clients.
Operational Excellence
To convey clear clients/programs’ expectations, and to monitor progress of key operational functions and redirect efforts when goals change or are not met.
To provide constructive & effective proposals for program handling, business support, complaint or crisis handling;
Trainers to IAC PSD Department
To provide soft skill trainings to IAC PSD Department, e.g. presentation skill, communication skill, program management skill, compliant handling skill, risk assessment skill
Be able to provide guidance on client or program handling to support the daily reference for IAC PSD Department.
Program Management (Internal)
Be Internal Evolution Project Leaders:
Set up the group of PSD officers for the special projects and working as team leader;
Lead the group to implement the project plan and to complete the relevant tasks within the targeted due time;
